not much to say just a bunch of bowls
Bowls, bowls, bowls......experiments and wedding shower gifts. What the heck am I going to do with them all? Luckily most of them stack together, so that's all I'm going to say on the subject. The last photo is the fabric paper and Korean lace paper flower decoration I made for the shower present. I used the Tim Holtz, Tattered Florals die on my Sissex, Vintage Big Kick machine.

I'm happily looking at each photo and thinking to myself that THIS one is my favourite. No, wait, THIS one...ooooh - there's another one and for SURE it's my favourite. But wait... Oh drat - I love them ALL!! You're the bowl-making queen, no question.
Thanks, MA!!! As always, you're too darned funny!!!! I'm not relly the queen, that would be Ines in Germany. LOL!
They are all my favourites. Think you need to have an exhibition, something to work towards as they are beautiful. I'd buy one, or two.
Me too!! As for the exhibition, I'll wait for Ines to have hers first to test the waters.
wow, they are incredible! I especially love the one with the blue yarn inside and then the light one with the white yarn hanging outside. They are so poetic! Hey, and don't hide your talent! Your bowls are really unique. Did you check the paper bowls that are sold through etsy? Interesting to see the price range.
they are gorgeousxx You should do a show, they would sell well. lynds x
Thanks to Ines and Lydna!
Ines, poetic? I've certainly never thought of my work in that way. I thought they were just light and airy. I promise not to hide my talent. I did check out the Etsy and bowls and was actually surprised at some of the prices. Some are nice and some are blah, but none are like yours and mine!!!
Lynda, thanks for visiting! I'll definitely think about a show, but perhaps not in the near future. I'm still perfecting them!! LOL!
