March BJP AMD - Part 2
I decided to use the arch shape for the fibre element & then waited patiently until the fabric spoke to me. The landscape was gently persuaded to appear with a combination of hand & free motion machine embroidery.
Trips to two different bead stores were necessary before I could start beading. Expensive, but very satisfying!

Beautiful, I saw this on Gary's ning, but had to come over and check out your blog. I've recently become enthralled by the world of beading from my ventures into felting. One thing leads to another, which I am sure you know all about.
Thanks, Ingrid! Little did I know when I posted on Gary's ning group, the effect this little piece would have. LOL! Now I need to go and read all the lovely comments. Mixed media is so much fun. As you can see, my blog is fairly new and my interests varied. It will be fun to see how it evolves. I've done a little of everything and now I want to do a lot more. BTW, beading on felt is almost sinful!
