Easter Sunday outing

More signs of spring, but this time at the Royal Botanical Garden in Hamilton, Ontario. Deb was kind enough to drive, so I was kind enough to take her picture when she wasn't looking. Or should I say, when she was searching for some poor unsuspecting bird to photograph. LOL! A perfect day with the sun shining and the flora and fauna cooperating. The much needed exercise was a bonus! Too bad there wasn't any chocolate available. Sigh!
I painted my March BJP fabric yesterday and have fused it to the focal shape. With a little luck, I'll get a chance to do my machine stitching early in the week and start the beading next weekend. At least, that's today's plan! - Enjoy your week!

Lovely pictures! I was at the Royal Botanical Garden many years ago and have never forgotten how pretty it was. Nice place to spend a day!!

Thanks for the compliments!

Kaite, I love the duckies too! But I also loved the little yellow flowers and that bluish bird with his head in the stump (someone had put some birdseed in there). I'm not sure what type of bird it was, but it was sure cute and very fast!

MA, This was my first visit to RBG. I plan to go back for the lilacs, the roses and the rock garden.
